Remittances For Studies Abroad

You can directly remit funds through your UBL account to accredited and recognized foreign intuitions/universities for:

  • Application / Processing charges for admission in foreign educational institutions
  • Remittance of tuition fee, living expenses etc.
  • Following terms & conditions apply:

    • You can remit application / processing charges to multiple educational institutions for admission.
    • To remit up to $70,000.00 or equivalent in other foreign currencies per calendar year funds for tuition fees, living expenditure, and other dues (health, insurance, library fees etc.) on behalf of student, the following documentation is required:

    1. Application form

    2. Copy of CNIC/ FORM B of student and CNIC of the parent/guardian

    3. Passport copy of student

    4. Admission letter from the foreign educational institution

    5. Letter/cost sheet from foreign educational institution showing breakup of expenses

    • Tuition fee and other dues payable to the foreign educational institution will be remitted to the institution’s account only
    • Living / miscellaneous expenses can be remitted to the student
    • Students are allowed to carry foreign exchange worth $5,000/- which will be endorsed on their passport
